College applications can feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to writing about yourself. My goal is to make the process feel more grounded, supportive, and manageable.
Together, we explore the moments, relationships, identities, and challenges that have shaped you and learn how to translate them into writing that feels honest, compelling, and uniquely yours.
My Approach
What you can expect
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 5 years working closely with students and student-athletes as a counselor and mentor, supporting them through the college application process and major life transitions. I hold a double master’s degree in counseling from Columbia University and over the years I have helped 50+ individuals achieve their goal of securing a college admission.
I love helping students discover how to tell their stories with authenticity, confidence, and heart — not just to gain admission, but to better understand themselves in the process. That experience deepened my passion for helping people recognize their strengths, trust their voice, and step into new chapters of life with greater clarity and self-belief.
My perspective is shaped not only by my professional background, but also by my lived experiences as an athlete, immigrant, therapist, and former college counselor. I understand the pressure many students carry while balancing achievement, identity, family expectations, transition, and self-discovery — especially students navigating high-performance environments.
